Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for up to 45 days after the original purchase. To request a return, log into your Account and select the "View details" link next to the order which corresponds to your return request. From here, click the "Request Return/Exchange" button and provide details about your return or exchange. Once you submit the request, you will be emailed instructions about how to proceed. Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs unless you receive an incorrect item or we specify otherwise in your return instructions.Return to Top
Q: Is it possible to order items that are out of stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot take pre-orders for items that are out of stock. However, many products do come back into stock and seasonal items will often return before the start of the season. You can add any item that is out of stock to your wishlist and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.Return to Top
Q: Is Richie House looking for any product models at this point in time?
We are not looking for models at this time. However, there is a special promotion going on at Richie House. To qualify, simply post a photo of you or your child wearing any Richie House item and tag one of our social media accounts. You will receive a $5.00 dollar coupon after following these two easy steps. This coupon can be earned multiple times if you send us photos wearing different items. Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do. Shipment costs will appear after the shipping information is entered at checkout. International shipping to any country other than Canada costs $29.99 and there is a $3.00 charge for each additional item. Delivery usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Shipping to Canada costs $12.99 and there is a $4.00 charge for each additional item. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks.
Q: Does Richie House have a catalog of products?

Q: Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

Q: Are your products machine washable?
Most of our products are machine washable. However, due to the delicate nature of some of our more formal styles, it is important they be hand washed. Clothing with the following additions must be hand washed: intricate lace, affixed flowers, pearls, large bows, ribbons, elaborate embroidery and other extravagances.Return to Top

The most accurate way of measuring your child is by measuring their chest size.Return to Top
Q: How long does shipping take?
When you choose the free shipping option at checkout your order will usually be shipped during the next business day and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. (I.E. If you place an order on a Friday it will usually ship on the next Monday and will be delivered between Thursday and Saturday). If you choose expedited 2-Day shipping and your order is placed after 12PM PST your order will still ship out the next business day. Almost all orders will be shipped via USPS unless you place a wholesale order.Return to Top
